Our website offers a conversational assistant, SHARK BOT. In accordance with Article 50 of the European AI Act, please note that this assistant s replies are generated by artificial intelligence. For complex questions, a human advisor takes over.

Data processed: the content of conversations and, if you choose to provide it, your email address (used only to reply to you). The assistant runs on our own servers; your conversations are not sent to third-party AI services.

Purposes: answering your questions, allowing follow-up by an advisor and improving the answer base (after human validation, without personal data).

Retention period: conversations and related requests are kept for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted.

Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion by contacting us at the address given in this legal notice.
