8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing such agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Saverne.
