Parcel shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Shipments are handled via Mondial Relay with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Standard delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, a tracking link will be sent to you.

Shipping fees include preparation, packaging and transport costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs depend on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all items into a single order. Orders placed separately cannot be combined and shipping fees apply to each order. Parcels are shipped at the customer’s own risk, with particular care taken for fragile items.

Box dimensions are appropriate and items are properly protected.

European delivery – Mondial Relay

Delivery via Mondial Relay is available to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Shipping fees depend on the total parcel weight.
