Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.
Conditions
- Products must be returned unopened, in their original intact packaging and in resalable condition. A powder whose bag has been opened cannot be taken back, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked shipment.
- Products made or packaged to order (special colours or quantities) cannot be returned.
How to proceed
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt, through your customer account (My orders, then Product return) or by email at jona@ows-coatings.com, stating your order number.
- We confirm your request and the return address.
- Ship the parcel within 14 days of your request.
Refund
Returned products and the initial standard delivery costs are refunded no later than 14 days after we receive the return, using the same payment method as the order.
Defective product or preparation error
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us before returning anything at jona@ows-coatings.com with photos. Return costs are then at our expense and we replace or refund the product.
